Martha Asare has 3 years of experience in the field of Research and Marketing Analysis and young women empowerment. Currently, Martha is an Executive / Administrative Assistant at Forty Lives Foundation Ghana, a Non-Governmental Organization which focuses on Advocacy for Support of People with Mental Health Conditions in Ghana and Promoting Good Mental Health for All.
Martha also works as a sales executive of SIC- Life Company Limited on a part-time basis. She is the founder of Women on Top Ghana.
Martha has personally raised and mentored five young ladies in their academic and business pursuit. She believes the best way to eliminate issues of women vulnerability in Ghana and Africa is by empowering the younger generation.
Martha intends to use her walk of life knowledge and experience to establish an organization that will focus on training women to make beads, soap, and pastries for free in the future. Martha holds a Bachelor Degree in Statistics from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology.
